- The SETTEPIATTI 5.0 menu is a unique menu with 7 courses very modern that you won’t find in our main-menu. The menu changes every year. The individual courses are xsmall-sized portion.

- The CINQUEPIATTI menu is 5-course menu chosen by our team, according to seasonality, which represents the history of the Sissi restaurant. CINQUEPIATTI VEGETARIAN menu is also available. Portions are served in small-sized portion.

- MENU à La Carte is a 3-course menu plus a dessert, which you can choose from the main-menu. The courses you choose will be served in medium-sized portions.

The Sissi dining rooms

THE DINING ROOM
The main dining room is in the Art Nouveau style, but with contemporary features. It embodies all the timeless charm of Merano. The room has a view of the Prince's Castle, at the head of the famous Tappeiner promenade.
Table 11
Table 11 is separate from the rest of the tables, at the entrance to the main dining room and near the wines of the day. Some people love it (including many regular customers) but others don't like it at all.
THE STUBE
The 18th-century stube is on the top floor. It has a single rectangular table where groups of 10 to 16 people can enjoy a private meal together in a typical Tyrolean setting.
Our own special story
From Via Plankenstein to the Sissi of today
Andrea Fenoglio's father came from Piedmont and his mother was Austrian. He grew up in Merano, and worked in the town's best restaurant after completing his training. In 1991, at the age of 23, he opened the Sissi Restaurant in a small Art Nouveau building on Via Plankenstein. In 1998, the restaurant moved to Via G. Galilei, its current location. The Sissi was awarded a coveted Michelin star in 2009, a status confirmed to this day.
